CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SPANISH
Brand new opportunity for great communicators speaking Spanish in the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary.
The job:
- Provide timely and efficient customer support and advice via phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
- Investigate and escalate complex customer issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and document customer interactions in the company CRM system
- Manage end-to-end all contacts logged, providing regular updates to customers on ticket status
- Invoke Escalation Procedures within defined time frames
- Work to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements:
- Experience dealing with customers (face-to-face or call center)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both in terms of writing and speaking with customers
- Eligibility to work in Hungary (we sadly can't help with work visas)
- Already in Hungary
Salary:
- 580,000 HUF per month
- Monday to Sunday - Rotational shifts
- On-site cafeteria
