One of the leading global diabetes companies is looking to hire CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER to manage their Customer Support Operations.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer service activities in accordance with KPI and performance metrics
- Managing Customer Support Operations Division
- Designing new solutions and improve the business process flows
- Validating the Standard operating procedures for customer service
- Responsible for continuous improvement for Order to Cash process in the region.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Administration or Management (or similar)
- Fluency in English, every other EU language is a plus
- Experience in managing Customer support teams/operations in EMEA region
- International cross-functional and customer facing work experience.
- Experienced Project and people manager
- High level of self-organization and initiative, strong communication skills
Compensation
- Base Salary Depending on your expectations and experience (Negotiable)
