✅ You have fluency in German and English as a working language.
✅ Full-time work availability: 40 hours a week.
✅ You're someone who wants to learn, progress and develop your career
✅ You're someone who has decided to live and work in Ireland for 6 months or more
Your everyday...
Customer focused:
✅ Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
✅ Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
✅ Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
Technical focused:
✅ Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
✅ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
✅ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
✅ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
What you bring to the table...
✅ Experience dealing with people on a daily basis via face-to-face or on the phone/email
✅ Confident verbal, and written communication skills
✅ Willingness to learn new skills
