A leading multinational IT company based in Dublin is looking for a German speaker to join their IT Customer Support Team.
Position: German Speaker Customer Support Specialist
Location: Dublin office (Hybrid or office base, Hybrid model - you will be required to come to to the office a couple of times per month)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Salary: Depending on Experience - basic of 35,000 - 38,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Working with B2B client to resolve the queries and technical issue
- Channels: Email, Phone, Chat Support
- Communication with other departments and product teams
- Maintaining customer satisfaction
Your Profile
- Fluent German and English speaker in both in writing and speaking (C2 level)
- Experience in customer facing role (Customer service or Technical Support)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
