The Pages team at the company is on a mission to create a groundbreaking marketplace for B2B products, such as Slack, Salesforce, and Mailchimp. While exceptional marketplaces thrive in the realm of consumer goods, the B2B sector lacks a comparable platform. We aim to fill this void.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join us in this endeavor, someone passionate about enhancing buyer and seller experiences on our platform at scale. This 11-month contract position is open to applicants in the Ireland only, offering flexibility in work arrangements, including remote, hybrid, or on-site options in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Deepening expertise in B2B products like Slack, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.
- Utilizing this domain knowledge for tasks such as knowledge base enrichment, content review, and data curation.
- Collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to refine guidelines, processes, and annotation tasks.
- Cultivating an in-depth understanding of customer perceptions regarding product categorization.
- Establishing quality assurance protocols and conducting analyses to uphold data standards.
- Integrating human intelligence with cutting-edge machine learning methods.
- Serving as the liaison for partner teams on classification matters and supporting the Support team in delivering exceptional member experiences.
- Analyzing large data sets within SLA-driven parameters to balance quality and scalability.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and resilient in the face of repetitive tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and abstract thinking abilities.
- Analytical prowess with meticulous attention to detail.
- Eagerness to acquire technical knowledge and adapt to new tools, coupled with a keen interest in technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in research-intensive fields.
- Capacity to comprehend and execute complex instructions with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with natural language processing tools, bonus points for experience with platforms like Appen.
- Experience in developing processes for scaling and automating manual operations.
- Previous involvement in startup or similar environments requiring versatility.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Interest in or knowledge of Natural Language Processing.
