Enablement Services Analyst

What you need to have to succeed:
· Good customer service skills, able to respond to incidents logged via IT Service Desk, Portal , administering solutions with the agreed SLA’s for the local workstation environment.
· Ensure you prioritise , coordinate and resolution of logged incidents within agreed SLA, working as a team to maintain effective incident que management.
· Knowledge of internal workstation environment and associated products, including customer eligibility criteria and pricing.
· Perform PC New Joiner builds, Rebuilds and Upgrades (include data backup and restore when required) around the office campus.
· You will support the 2nd line (break/fix) and 3rd line workstation support. Lifecycle provision of PC and laptop equipment, printer support , and equipment moves and changes support where required.
