The role offers the opportunity to work with some of the largest companies and real estate funds in the world, as part of a multi-disciplinary team of construction and property consultants. The ESG offering has grown exponentially in recent times with a significant pipeline of work across Southern, Western & Northern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Project manage services to be delivered to our clients, including preparing work plan, setting regular client’s and internal meetings, managing key deliverables and ensuring projects are delivered on time with the greatest level of client’s satisfaction.
- Develop ESG Strategies for clients, assessing risks and opportunities, conducting sectorial benchmarks, and informing decision-making.
- Develop building sustainability strategies, identify key KPIs, and help develop sustainability reports and dashboards
- Provide technical support to the ESG team and recommend best practices to implement energy efficiency and decarbonisation strategies to improve building performance.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- Three plus years of experience in building sustainability consulting or a similar role.
- Proven experience in project management and organisational skills.
- Degree in Energy, Mechanical, Building or Environmental Engineering, in Sustainability, in Sustainable Finance or Architecture
- Strong knowledge and experience in Life Cycle Analysis and GHG modelling
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to positively impact the building sector.
