Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift
Our client, a Galway based healthcare business specialising in non invasive medical remedies, seek to hire a customer service representative. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager. This is an on-site role. There will be an initial training period with 9am – 5.30pm hours before moving to an evening shift model 2pm to 10pm after training. This role will be Monday to Friday. The first 3 months training will be based in Athenry, then moving to Briarhill.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds etc.
- Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures
- Representing the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
- Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in house procedures.
- Working in a safe manner at all times
- Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Spanish language fluency is an advantage but not essential.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department desirable but not essential.
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
