My client, a corporate global manufacturing company is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their team and support their leadership team.

Based in South Dublin with free parking onsite. Opportunity to work 1 day at home flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
- Providing executive support.
- Diary management.
- Travel management including flights, accommodation, car hire, visa applications.
- Managing the entire set-up and smooth running of meetings on-site and off-site.
- Support the timely production and distribution of all reports.
- Liaising with relevant external advisors and service providers.
- Support the organisation in their ongoing recruitment processes.
- Managing invoice processing and expenses from an administrative perspective.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience with global travel arrangement essential
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- A confident individual who has a strong ability to build relationships with senior management and others
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to hit the ground running
- Ambitious individual with a strong level of initiative and enthusiasm
