I am recruiting for a Head of Operations to lead the operations & financial planning team for an award winning Financial Planning broker based in the city centre. This is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing processes and contribute to next stage of exciting growth for the company.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team, setting clear objectives, and ensuring effective execution of operational strategies.
- Oversee the management of our wealth management team offering, maintaining excellence in service delivery.
- Implement and refine operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with the company's goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Your Experience & Skillset:
- 4-6 year’s experience in a similar operations role, ideally in the Life & Pensions market.
- QFA essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to implement operational improvements and drive efficiencies.
- Strategic thinker with a strong operational focus.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.
