Cpl Recruitment are looking for a HR Administrator with 2 years HR Experience to join a Food Manufacturer in North Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Emails and Calls
- Responsible for recruitment coordination, such as post job advertisements, reviewing application status, offering benefits, screening CVs, sourcing suitable candidates.
- Updating HR policies.
- Directing inquiries to the appropriate HR personnel or department if needed.
- Conducting Pre-Employment Checks
- Verifying employment history, education credentials, and professional licenses.
- Conducting background checks and reference checks.
- Responsible for the Onboarding of new hires with completion of onboarding paperwork.
- Providing orientation materials and resources.
- Coordinating training sessions.
Requirements:
- 2 years HR Experience
- HR Qualification Preferred
- HRIS experience
