A Multinational Tech Organisation is seeking a German speaking HR Advisor to join their team for an initial 3 month contract. The ideal candidate will have a 1+ years HR experience.
Responsibilities
• Responds to and resolves HR related inquiries from employees & managers (Supporting German & English market)
• Maintains and updates data to ensure accurate HR records, employee files, reporting and compliance
• Partners with other teams (e.g. Recruitment, Hiring Manager, Training, Systems etc.)
• Onboarding
• Background checks
Requirements
• Minimum 1 years HR experience
• Customer Service experience is a bonus
• Excellent organisation skills
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Degree or certificate in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
