Human Resource Business Partner

We are looking for a local HR business partner that is responsible for engaging with and onboarding local talent, driving HR initiatives, managing comp & benefits, and generally supporting all HR operations at Cordavis. The position serves as an HR consultant to talent and management and will help us build a culture and work environment that attracts the top talent in Ireland. They will coordinate with our third-party HR Operations and US based HR teams (Talent & culture, Talent acquisition, onboarding, etc.) to ensure talent needs are being met. The HR Generalist will be responsible for acclimating new team members to Cordavis and orienting them to their respective departments as well as addressing any concerns in a timely fashion.
This HR business partner role will report to the Cordavis chief of staff and liaison with the Cordavis Leadership Team. This role will take functional direction from the CVS Health enterprise HR organization.
What will you do?
· Develop and foster strong relationships with talent from the start of their recruiting process to onboarding and succession planning
· Support the build of a best-in-class culture, where employees feel they can thrive and have room to grow their careers within the Cordavis team.
· Partner with US HR Center of Excellence counterparts and third-party HR Ops to evangelize and drive HR initiatives, ensure operational efficiency
· Establish and maintain Cordavis comp and benefits support. Ensure we are offering competitive packages to our candidates and staff, and support questions or concerns about both from employees
· Partner with Cordavis leadership team to provide insight and recommendations on HR related topics such as; workforce planning, performance management, talent and leadership development
· Ensure Cordavis is using the appropriate systems and tools that will provide transparency and support for all HR related processes
· Work in a strategic partnership with management and employees to improve working relationships, building morale and increase productivity and retention.
· Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
· Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management including; coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
We are looking for someone with:
· 8+ years of progressive and Human Resources experience including HR Operations and working with the Benefits team to help grow HR Ops and support. People Development, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations
· Strong working knowledge of regional norms, and employment laws.
· Professional demeanor and proven success in establishing business relationships as an advisor and consultant.
· Ability to develop trusting relationships at all levels within the organization to gain support to achieve results.
· Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and render good decisions while resolving problems.
· Communicate (written and verbally) in a highly effective way with Senior Leaders – focusing on content, outcomes, and value relevant to business leaders.
· Perform as a thought leader and can have a hands-on approach.
· Displays strong analytical skills that enables the business to make informed and effective decisions.
