German speaker HRBP for Frankfurt office
Our client (both in Ireland and Germany) is a major international financial services company, looking to hire German speaking HR professional to join their HR BP Team for DACH team for a fixed term contract, 2 years, on a very exciting project.
Your responsibilities
- Advising the management and executives on all personnel management issues, in particular the support of change processes such as the establishment and restructuring of organizational units as well as the implementation of restructuring projects
- Close cooperation with and function as contact person (m/f/d) for employee representation in all individual and collective law matters (including drafting, negotiation and conclusion of works agreements)
- Professional advice and support for internal customers in relation to a wide range of HR tasks (personnel development, employee-related issues, recruiting)
- Participation in overarching, international projects and development of corresponding measures and instruments
Your profile
- Experience in supporting German employees, understanding and applying specific German employment laws and worker's council requirements
- 1 year plus (at least) of experience as a HR Business Partner
- Experience in working with Worker's councils
- (ideally) you have a degree in HR Management or related field/educational experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent German and English speaker

- Salary: €80,000 - 90,000 (doe)
