Cpl HR Recruitment are recruiting a HR Business Partner for a fixed term maternity cover contract with an international client, mainly supporting the UK and Ireland.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the business on all people aspects, to include the delivery of the people agenda and strategy
- Ensure all decisions are in line with the people priorities of the business
- Coach, guide and support staff and managers
- Guide and drive the recruitment to ensure the business is attracting top talent
- Provide strong ER advise, whilst being up to date on all new legislative changes
Skills and experience requires:
- At least 3 years in a Business Partnering capacity
- Previous experience in the legal space would be an advantage
- Strong ER experience will be key
- Proven ability to influence and guide managers is essential
- Working experience in Irish employment law is required
