Major international financial services company is looking to hire German speaking HR professional to join their HR BP Team for DACH team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and support to management, managers and employees in all personnel management and employment law issues as well as for cooperation with the worker's council.
Your responsibilities
- Advising the management and executives on all personnel management items
- Close cooperation with and function as contact person (m/f/d) for employee representation in all individual and collective law matters (including drafting, negotiation and conclusion of works agreements)
- Professional advice and support for internal customers in relation to a wide range of HR tasks (personnel development, employee-related issues, recruiting)
Your profile
- Experience in supporting German employees, understanding and applying specific German employment laws and worker's council requirements
- 1 year plus (at least) of experience as a HR Business Partner
- Experience in working with Worker's councils
- (ideally) you have a degree in HR Management or related field/educational experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent German and English speaker
Location
- Frankfurt (Very flexible hybrid model - you will be requested to come to the office just a few times a month)
Working Hours
- This is a part time role - 20 hours a week
- Ideally these 20 hours will be distributed over 4 days (5 hours a day)
