Data Migration Specialist
The role is 3 days per week 1 day onsite in Dublin City Centre.
Salary €34,000 pro rata per year
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the IT and HR team to understand the existing CRM (HRMS) system and the target CRM (HRMS) system.
Extract data from the current CRM (HRMS) system while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Cleanse and prepare data for migration, including identifying and resolving data quality issues.
Map data fields and configurations between the old and new CRM (HRMS) systems.
Perform data migration activities using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring data is transferred accurately and securely.
Conduct testing to validate the accuracy of migrated data and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Document migration processes, data mappings, and any issues encountered during the migration.
Provide support and guidance to end-users during the transition period.
Requirements :
Proven experience in data migration projects, particularly involving CRM (HRMS) systems.
Strong understanding of database management systems and data migration best practices.
Familiarity with CRM (HRMS) systems and their data structures.
Proficiency in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Experience with data mapping and data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in HR or HRMS systems is a plus.
