Cpl HR recruitment are looking to recruit a HR Officer in the public sector on a permanent basis in Dublin City. This role will be an important part of a wider HR team, supporting on all aspects of operational HR. This position will give the right candidate an opportunity to develop their skill set further in all elements of HR.
Role and responsibility will include:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR queries, offering first class advise to staff and management
- Implement and update new policies and procedures
- Actively be involved in full recruitment processes
- Maintain all admin and relevant HR paperwork
- Form part of the performance management processes
Skills and experience required:
- 3rd level HR education or similar field
- At 3 years HR experience
- Exposure to payroll would be an advantage
- Hand on experience with Irish employment law is essential
