Cpl have an urgent requirement for HR Project Support role, specialising in Compensation & Benefits. This is 6 month contract requirement with a not for profit Healthcare Organisation in Dublin West. The successful candidate must have Compensation and Benefits experience and experience working on numerous projects
Responsibilities Required
- Work with Organisational Development team on C&B project
- Preparation and analysis of relevant reports.
- Working on numerous projects towards targets and deadlines
- Provide recommendations and guidance related to role levels and associated salaries
- Conduct data analysis and generate meaningful insights to drive pay decisions
- Support in the development and maintenance of pay ranges
Experience Required
- HR degree or related discipline
- 3+ years’ HR experience, with specialised knowledge of C&B
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience working with Gantt (high desirable)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
