Our client a leading utilities company is looking for an Information Security Compliance Lead to join their team , The right candidate should have experience in a comparable organisation and have experience in NIST and NISD, have the ability to effectively lead a team and have a thorough understanding of GRC and carrying out risk assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Expert knowledge of information security laws, regulations, and industry standards such as NIST and NISD.
- Communicate regulatory requirements effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between legal, compliance, and security needs.
- Maintain and update information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in water, utilities, or related industries preferred.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in handling complex issues and communicating effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and implementing solutions.
- Demonstrated adaptability and proactive approach to improvement.
