The Purpose of the IT Coordinator is Planning and implementing the desk set up/hardware allocation for staff across the business, to allow for a Hybrid Working office/WFH solution. To own the administration involved, control stock levels, keep CMDB/AD/Asset Register updated and most importantly, ensure a seamless and professional transition for our staff.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The principal accountabilities of the role will be:
· Provide effective planning and implementation of the roll out of hardware across multiple offices, sites and homes, to ensure all eligible staff receive the relevant and required hardware in a controlled, seamless and professional manner.
· Maintain updated CMDB, AD, Asset Register. Liaise effectively with the internal IT team to ensure a consistent workload is provided, with no bottlenecks or sudden surges.
· Communicate with staff in good time, to ensure they are aware of their status, dates, times and manage expectations around prioritisation and hardware.
· Be customer service focused at all times in delivering IT services to the business.
Skills / Qualifications:
What you Bring
· Educational Qualifications: Leaving Cert Level. 3rd Level IT or Admin degree beneficial.
· Good Microsoft Office skills, strong communication (written and oral), excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative and within a team critical.
· ITIL Foundation beneficial.
· Ability to upskill.
· Expected (Years of) Experience 5+ years - IT, Project or Planning background advantageous.
Full, clean driving licence
