The Role
- Lead & manage a Delivery team of software engineers, testers & business analysts (working with technologies such as .Net, MuleSoft, Salesforce, Mainframe & internal legacy applications)
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software projects.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Drive the team's adherence to Agile development methodologies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Mentor and guide the development team, promoting a culture of excellence.
Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering environment
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing Agile software development projects.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent leadership, technical project management, and mentorship skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience leading MuleSoft (or similar) Integration teams a distinct advantage.
