Cpl are seeking an experience Legal Executive for a leading law firm based in Dublin 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of caseload for multiple clients.
- Act as an external point of contact for clients.
- Review case documentation, ensuring all appropriate information has been received and documented.
- Ensure all relevant information is inputted on the system for each case.
- Manage the diary of designated solicitor/partner.
- Draw up all associated meeting documentation as required & issue to meeting participants as required.
- Ensure all relevant information & documentation is stored on the Keyhouse system.
- Reception cover will also be an element of this position.

- Proficient MS Word, Excel & Outlook skills
- Proficient English language, grammar & legal terminology knowledge
- Proficient Olympus system knowledge
- Proficient Keyhouse system knowledge
- Defence litigation knowledge
- Time Management skills
- Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Details on role:
- This role is fully on-site in Dublin 2
- Full time , temporary contract (6 months with view of extension/permanency for the right candidate)
- Salary €34,000 DOE
- 37.5 hrs per week
