- Compliance Champion: Uphold all relevant procedures, policies, and work instructions while actively supporting our Quality Management System.
- Supporting Innovation: Play a role in supporting new tool design and development, staying at the forefront of technological advances.
- Resource Management: Ensure that air, water, and material supplies to machines are monitored and maintained at the highest standards, carrying out preventive maintenance as required.
- Preventative Maintenance Pro: Embrace a proactive approach to machine and equipment maintenance, following PM plans in line with supplier recommendations to maximize asset care.
- TPM Enthusiast: Be a driving force behind Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) projects within the plant, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Training Guru: Train and develop personnel, helping them understand and adhere to safety regulations and our Quality Management System.
- Industry 4.0 Advocate: Champion a culture of world-class preventative maintenance thinking, including Industry 4.0 initiatives and projects, setting and sharing best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Injection Moulding Wizard: While it's an advantage, experience in injection moulding is not essential as we provide training.
- Mechanical and Electrical Guru: Possess a strong understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Factory Experience: Previous experience in a factory environment is a plus.
- Global Ready: Willingness to travel globally to provide technical support when needed.
- Analytical Problem Solver: Approach problems with a keen analytical mind.
- Self-Motivated: High-energy, self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
- Manufacturing Champion: Familiarity with good manufacturing practices, PM, and TPM.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead by teaching and setting an example for your team.
- Communication Pro: Strong written and spoken English skills.
