Cpl is delighted to be working in partnership with a leader in manufacturing to appoint an experienced Office Manager to join their successful and friendly team in Craigavon.

About the role
As Office Manager you will have the opportunity to oversee a number of teams within this office eg, Accounts, Customer Service & Sales, Order Processing, transport and Reception.
Key duties will include:
· Liaising with each department daily to ensure everything is running smoothly and assisting with any issues.
· Authorizing remakes daily and signing off on credit note requests.
· Liaising with production daily to ensure orders are produced in time.
· Dealing with holiday requests and approving overtime.
· Speaking directly with customers dealing with issues if moved to a management level.
What you’ll need to succeed
· Recent Office Management experience
· The ability to manage a busy office team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Strong IT skills
· Excellent Communication time management & Skills
· Ability to Perform Under Pressure
· Excellent Customer Care Skills
