Ideal candidates will have 4+ years’ experience in a similar position within Facilities or Operations Management. Have experience in managing services such as Cleaning, Security, HR, IT and Facilities.

Duties include:
· Responsible for all non-academic functions in the college.
· Ensure the efficient and cost effective operation of all college areas.
· Managing cleaning contractors.
· Liaise with Headmaster for HR related issues regarding non-academic staff.
· Manage all issues relating the Hire of sports facilities
· Responsible for the provision and maintenance of office equipment
· Other duties as required by Headmaster.

· Computer literate preferably with a good understanding of IT
