My client is looking to hire a receptionist to join their team in Santry. Candidates should be available for an immediate start and have excellent customer service and administration skills.
Requirements/Duties:
- Handling some telephone queries
- Greeting visitors
- Corresponding internally with staff via systems and handling couriers for collection/delivery.
- Familiarity with using a headset and a phone system is preferred.
- Welcoming and friendly attitude
- Previous customer service/administration skills
- Confident in using systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous MS Office experience
