The organisation has built an enviable market traction worldwide, and is expanding their business, looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Programme Advisor to join an expanding team.

You'll be joining a successful team that delivers online medical education programmes to healthcare professionals seeking to upskill and strategically progress their careers.
As a Programme Advisor, you will have a solid ambitious sales experience, who is eager to convert high quality inbound leads using an expert and consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all steps of the sales cycle, including prospecting, customer needs analysis, presenting, closing, and overcoming objections are constantly managed
- Successfully manage a pipeline of high-level prospects, and accurately report all progress (sales pipeline, calls, progressive lead follow ups) via our CRM
- Ability to work at pace and deliver activity Targets (outbound calls, % of customers qualified, touch point rates, progressive follow-ups)
- Understanding of each prospects profile, needs and values in order to provide personalised consultation and enrolment all throughout the sales and conversion process
- Assist with the new hire on-boarding process (On the job training)
- Event management and coordination support for in-market student recruitment activities
The Essentials
- 3rd Level Qualification (Diploma or Degree in a business discipline) preferable
- High level sales experience necessary, with educational industry experience preferable
- Possessing a second language is highly valued
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing sectors and technologies is preferable.
