One of the leading global optical technology companies is looking to hire Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Mönchengladbach, Germany (Hybrid).
Responsibilities
- Advises customers and proposes the best solution in the spirit of long-term relations.
- Providing close support to top Europe customers with the aim of achieving good customer retention and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supporting critical complaints from our top customers and initiate improvement projects.
- Identifying, analysing, and creating marketing and sales opportunities
- Looking after Incoming orders, turnover, and standard gross margin for all products sold domestically and internationally to the Key Account Customers assigned
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
- Ideally, you have a scientific or technical degree
- High level of self-organization and initiative, strong communication skills
- Good conceptual and organizational skills
- Good negotiation and influencing skills in German and English
Compensation
- Base Salary Depending on your expectations and experience (Negotiable)
