My client, a well known Irish Business is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join their team. This role is office based Monday - Friday in their Dublin 4 office.

Responsibilities:
- Reception and front of house duties required
- Support the team and current sales staff to process to completion, any daily enquires,
- Daily support of office administration/ operations of the office.
- Prepare and submit quotations and calculations for customers within the requested technical specification,
- Communicate with suppliers, process orders
- Correspond with customers through phone and e-mail,
- As knowledge is gained, select, and advise appropriate products to customers
The successful candidate would preferably have
Minimum of 2 year’s recent relevant experience working in a similar role
Along with:
- Proficient computer skills, ideally Microsoft Office
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident to communicate internally and externally
- Be a motivated self-starter but able to take instruction.
