The Job:
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will cover a wide HR remit & manage projects & initiatives for their corporate & multinational client base both here in Ireland & internationally. More specifically you will be tasked with organisational design & strategy development, HR process re-engineering, implementing new performance management systems, consolidating talent & people policies, analysing HR data & future trends, identifying HR solutions to complex queries & designing as well as delivering bespoke L&D/training programmes across diverse industry sectors.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified, or above, in HR or related discipline.
- 5-6+ years experience in a senior level HR role ideally gained in a large corporate or multinational environment.
- Proven experience in HR project/change management & stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong IT skills.
The Offer:
This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience but expected to be range from 60k to 70k or potentially higher for an outstanding candidate.
This role will be a hybrid mix of 2-3 days in-office & the balance working from home/remote so could also suit candidates who are based outside the immediate Limerick city region.
