Senior Legal Counsel
Salary: Negotiable

An experienced solicitor is required for a senior legal counsel position within Our Client’s organisation. The successful candidate will be expected to be self-sufficient in giving legal advice and dealing with caseload. The following areas should be worked independently:
· Litigation
· Internal and external corporate governance & legislative compliance
· Providing legislative
· Providing legal advice
· Contract review and negotiation
· Draft/Negotiate and review of contractual agreements
· Garda Vetting
· Case management
· Statute Interpretation, Legislation Monitoring and policy drafting and review
· Liaising with external legal service providers and authorities

Qualifications:
Have a relevant degree and hold a current practice certificate issued by the Law Society
of Ireland.
Experience:
3 years+ experience in a public body/large organisation advisory role, experience of
working in a third level HEI would be an advantage.
