Role Overview
- Provide first-level technical support, service restoration, the fulfillment of service requests, and advice to users ensuring the maximum availability, performance, and utilization of knowledge and information systems.
- To deliver a first line support service via the Service Desk, receiving incidents and service requests from various routes including telephone, intranet and e-mail
Your Profile
- Fluent in German.
- Located in the Greater Dusseldorf area to commute.
- Motivation in technical support career.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Customer service or Help Desk/ Service Desk environment
