Exciting opportunity to join a global CDMO as a Site and Warehousing Data Manager. You'll be responsible for coordinating and reviewing the monthly site S&Op and defining and managing the actions directly or indirectly impacting the short and long term warehouse capacity planning in site Visp for all material types.
The warehouse capacity planning Lead is responsible for the governance of the capacity planning management across all value streams.
Key responsibilities:
· Enable a warehouse demand outlook, with the granularity of each project and define and escalate key findings.
· Ensure and govern together with the Supply Chain leads the warehouse capacity planning in alignment with the BUs and PMs.
· Report, create and maintain data models.
· Coordinate with Central logistics and provide a reference for long term planning of capacity;
· Enable a short/medium term outlook of warehouse capacity demand and projected stock, with focus on critical constraints depending on temperature conditions.
· Coordinate with inventory lead and central logistics to facilitate ensure timely handling of stock listed as SMOG.
· Elaborate a deviation analysis of capacity plan outlook in time and escalate recurrent sources of deviation.
· Owner of action plan (1) directly impacting warehouse (2) indirectly via process improvements working teams in place
· Progress Tracker, monthly update
· Reporting, Outlook, delta analysis
· Governance, ensure warehouse capacity, actual and planned, is reviewed and discussed at the right meetings, establish working teams and overlook activities
· Initiate actions to close potential constraints, identify opportunity
Key requirements:
· Degree in SCM, Procurement or any relevant discipline
· Over 5 years of Experience within the Supply Chain field within Pharma / Biotechnology / CDMO as well as understanding of warehousing
· Business analytical skills (data analysis)
· Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to direct/persuade/influence others
· Decision-taking to identify business challenges and focus on delivering results and value in site logistics environment
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
· High expertise in conceptual design
· Acts and behaves as role model to leverage entire site logistics organization
· Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
