Cpl TEG are looking for a client facing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment delivery team supporting our clients across an MSP client.
About the position:
This role is focused on ensuring you are driving delivery and building relationships across all our Engineering areas within the MSP teams for each of our clients. Maintaining a Client First approach every time and finding the talent they need in the time they need it
You will be involved in all aspects of the recruiting process life cycle including managing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, submitting and guiding candidates through the interview process, conducting reference and background checks, extending formal offers of employment and assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
The successful candidate must possess considerable skill in both client facing and candidate sourcing. You will be working with client hiring managers and HR teams and our own Account managers to ensure that Cpl TEG is developing relationships, managing pipelines for client requirements and sourcing the right talent for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies; develop written job description and requirements for approval
- Screen and interviews candidates, administer appropriate assessments (SHL) to provide hiring manager with a viable pool of top candidates
- Follow up with candidates and hiring manager to obtain feedback regarding both the recruiting process and candidate job fit
- Providing delivery and client reports and support Monthly business reviews
- Support the MSP Leaders/Directors while also supporting the wider MSP team on delivery across all our clients
- Make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver/negotiate employment offers
- Maintain tracking system of all applicant activity
- Recommend and drive process improvements that impact recruiting effectiveness
- Demonstrate the Cpl Core Values in all aspects of the role
- Build personal network of candidate and client contacts.
- Increase Hires across departments for our clients by building relationships with key stakeholders within the business units
- Meet or exceed target KPIs
- Support and influence the candidate and client throughout the recruitment process through to placement and settling in period
- Demonstrate strong client development and relationship activity including building client relationships, attend networking events and similar, research and marketing
- Take ownership for personal and professional development
- Work collaboratively with colleagues from the department and wider Cpl group
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to Talent Partners and other consultants
- Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area
- Enter all candidate and client data accurately and in a timely manner to ensure Candidate Management System is up to date and of the highest quality
Requirements:
- 3 years + experience sourcing, engaging, attracting, and hiring talent within the Lifescience and Engineering space.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and is articulate, flexible, and is a down to earth passionate individual
- Strong client-service capabilities with thorough follow-up and organisational abilities
- Strong knowledge and ability in social media recruiting tactics
- Strong ability to interview and screen candidates for functional and cultural fit.
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Hardworking & competitive in nature.
- A team player, working for the collective success of the team, while maintain your own goals and ambition.
- Ability to understand the business and industry, and be able to develop and execute appropriate recruiting plans
- Strong IT Skills including Microsoft suite, database management & social networking sites
