The Bank of Ireland is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join their diverse team and support this growth of their Group Technology & Customer Solutions (GTCS) division!
In this role, you will:
- Recruit top talent by creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns;
- Focus on DE&I sourcing to ensure diverse shortlists for hiring managers.
- Partner with recruiting team members to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience;
- Track candidates and prospects in our applicant tracking system
- Positively present Bank of Ireland and open roles to potential candidates;
- Contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs while keeping in mind our company`s diversity goals;
- Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates;
- Work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to create and maintain a strong candidate flow in order to meet quarterly hiring goals;
- Interview and screen potential candidates, all while keeping our ATS up to date;
- Partner closely with hiring managers, talent partners, recruiting and sourcing leaders to positively impact hiring;
- Be able to work across internal teams while handling multiple requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pool.
Crucial experience:
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
- Technical sourcing background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience engaging with senior engineering and engineering leadership profiles
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience;
- Proven interpersonal skills with attention to detail;
What will help you stand out:
Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not vital in order to apply for this role;
- 3-5 years of technical sourcing experience; with recent diversity sourcing experience.
- Creativity, flexibility, and the highly developed ability to problem-solve sophisticated problems and navigate complicated situations with ease.
