Telesales Executive
My client is a specialist in Global B2B Technology Sales and business development. They are data-driven, partnering with organisations to optimise sales strategies, allowing them to deliver maximum return and success. The organisation has strengthened their position in the market and have become a trusted, valuable, and key resource for supporting our clients in achieving their sales strategy targets.
This role’s shift pattern will be 37 hours per week, between the hours of 10pm – 7am, and allows you to Work From Home on a full-time basis. Successful candidates will be given flexibility on the hours they work to best suit them.
Salary range £38k - £40k
Responsibilities
· Proactively identifying new sales opportunities for our clients.
· Using prospecting software and outbound campaigns to contact potential customers.
· Keeping the CRM system updated and recording customer communications.
· Information gathering on the market trends and responsiveness.
· Working with your team Manager to achieve KPI’s.
· Driven to achieve goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Have an eagerness to learn and openness to new sales and coaching techniques.
· Build Customer Relationships.
Ideal Candidate
· 6 months experience of prospecting and lead generation via cold and warm outreach
· Outbound sales and/or appointment setting
· Previous experience working with CRM or other data capturing tools
· Experience in working with KPI’s or sales targets.
