Profile of Role:
The Training Systems Analyst will serve as the Application Expert and main point of contact accountable for the Maintenance and Administration of the Site Learning Solution (LMS).
Duties include:
- Work closely with Quality Operations, the Site Training Lead and Site Stakeholders to ensure that the integrity of the training system is maintained and compliant with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practise) regulations.
- This includes data entry, receiving and processing LMS change requests, troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues, managing change control of training assets, maintaining control of training documents, providing reports, and improving LMS administrative processes.
- Delivery and/or coordination administrative and end-user training and management of training documentation.
· Coordinate administrative access requests and approvals for new access requests and change access requests.
· Provide training and administrative access assistance to site LMS administrators.
· Provide or coordinate training for new users, people managers, training schedulers, report generators and training record administrators.
· Ensure strict adherence to site policies/procedures, cGMP and environmental, health and safety regulations.
· Prepare reports for site metrics.
Education and Skills:
Ø Diploma/Degree/Certification in Business, Train the Trainer or relevant experience
Ø Excellent knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the applicable GxP regulations and standards (desirable)
Ø Experience working in pharmaceutical industry or in a similar type of industry would be advantageous.
Ø Experience administering a Learning Management System, Plateau experience would be beneficial.
Ø Record retention process, and familiarity with standard operating procedures is desirable.
Ø Proficiency using one or more e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) preferred.
IT SYSTEMS:
Ø Experience in Training Systems.
Ø Advanced Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ø Data management – ability to manipulate and present data in a meaningful way.
Ø Proficiency using one or more e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) preferred.
