Our client, a well-established professional membership body , is seeking an experienced and motivated Acting Accreditation Supervisor to lead their Accreditation function during a 16-month maternity cover contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Accreditation Department team, including performance management, delegation, and development.
- Oversee the processing and clearance of individual and course accreditation applications.
- Ensure accurate and prompt advice is provided to members, supervisors, course providers, and applicants regarding membership, supervision, and Garda Vetting requirements.
- Maintain and oversee accurate membership records using Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Prepare documentation for Accreditation, Supervision, CPD, and related committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with Course Assessors and oversee aspects of the course accreditation process.
- Verify Supervisor Report Forms and confirm applicant eligibility.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accreditation policies, quality assurance processes, forms, and criteria.
- Oversee data protection compliance in conjunction with the external DPO service.
- Support the coordination of the Accreditation Ceremony and key organisational events.
- Attend staff meetings, committee meetings, and relevant organisational events.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the CEO or Line Manager.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant third level qualification
- Line Management experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative / regulatory role
- Experience in facilitating meetings, preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Relevant sector knowledge and knowledge of education sector
- Experience working with “Salesforce” or another CRM system
- Excellent timekeeping and pattern of attendance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, demonstrating extensive experience of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
