Our Client, an Educational Institution is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a temporary Full Time Contract until 29th August 2025.
Role Summary:
This position will contribute to key projects within the educational institution focused on boosting student engagement with available services. Core responsibilities include marketing and social media, design, event coordination, data management, analysis, and reporting. The immediate focus will be on supporting events and initiatives related to Traveller Ethnicity Day, the Professional Engagement Module celebration, and recruitment for Access Programmes.
Role Requirements:
· A minimum of two years employment experience which demonstrates a high level of administrative support in a demanding office environment.
· Marketing and event management experience
· Proficiency in the use of social media and graphic design tools.
· Previous experience in a student or customer facing role
· Excellent planning and organisational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good numeracy skills, and ability to analyse data.
· Flexibility and problem-solving ability
Responsibilities:
· Assist in creating promotional materials and distributing them at events.
· Contribute to the development of digital content for social media platforms and take a lead role in managing the centre’s social media presence.
· Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events organized by the centre and in partnership with the institution.
