Our Client, an Educational Institution is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a temporary Full Time contract end date 18th July.
Role Summary:
To provide administrative support to the management team in the educational institution. The post-holder will carry out a wide range of administrative tasks which includes liaising with academic staff to acquire detailed information and organising and presenting the gathered material, in a variety of electronic formats, in a clear and concise manner.
Role Requirements:
· Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
· A high proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams.
· Ability to work on their own initiative.
· Good communication skills are essential
Skills Required:
· Ability to multi-task and be flexible
· Experience of website editing and design
· Experience with editing and design of SharePoint and Teams sites
· Ability to integrate as a member of a busy office
· Willingness to assist other staff within the school when required
