Our client are looking to hire an experienced Administrator within the Local Community Development Programme Delivery Unit team. Launch of new CCIF programme in March 2026. To manage this demand, a dedicated CCIF 3 call-handling function will be established during the pre-application period.
- Salary €45,526 (pro-rata) - €23 per hour
- Contract: March - October 2026
- This will be a hybrid role and will only require office attendance for first day (depending on location) and for scheduled meetings.
A structured temporary customer support function will be in place from 16 March. This will include:
- Training delivered by the current CCIF team and relevant units
- Clear escalation routes to appropriate units
- Standard operating procedures for call handling
- Response templates for written queries
- Routine quality checks
- Daily guidance and buddying with experienced CCIF staff
This approach is designed to ensure consistent, timely responses to applicant queries.
Key Responsibilities
CCIF 2026 Call Centre (March–13 July)
- Handle calls and emails relating to CCIF 2026 applications
- Become knowledgeable in the new CCIF 2026 programme.
- Take part in twice-daily check-in meetings
- Escalate issues to a designated buddy for support
- Any other duties to support the process and the current team
CCIF Backfill Role (13 July–31 October)
- Manage a caseload of CCIF grantees
- Provide case management support, including clinics and change requests
- Follow up on contract conditions and reporting requirements
- Complete checking of progress returns
- Any other duties to support the process and the current team
