Our services client has an exciting requirement for an Early Careers TA Specialist, for a 12-month contract, with remote working on offer, as a Daily Rate Contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment across various functions, with specific focus on Intern, graduate & apprenticeship hires.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
• Conduct full lifecycle for recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer for early careers vacancies
• Source and identify qualified candidates for early careers roles using various channels, including the use of social media (e.g. LinkedIn), internal referrals, and on-site campus events
• Screen and assess candidates' skills specific to job requirements
• Coordinate and participate in interviews with candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Aim to provide a seamless recruitment service
• Compile Recruitment reports as required
• Keep up to date on market recruitment trends and attend relevant networking opportunities
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar recruitment role
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience in recruiting for internships, graduate programmes, and apprenticeships roles
• Excellent communication
• Proficient user of recruitment tools, ATS and Microsoft Office
• Third level qualification in HR, desirable
