Executive & Communications Support Officer
We're looking for a professional and proactive administrator to join the Office of the CEO and Communications Team. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you'll support high-profile internal and external events — and help shape how we present ourselves to the public.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing day-to-day admin support for events taking place July through December
- Assisting with the development of communications frameworks for print, photography, and video
- Helping with the setup, running, and wrap-up of events — both front of house and behind the scenes
- Managing documents and supporting project coordination using Microsoft Office tools
- Supporting procurement tasks and ensuring timely reporting and communications
What You Bring:
- Strong administrative skills and a high level of organisation
- Experience with Microsoft Office — particularly Excel, Forms, and SharePoint
- Confident communicator who can interact across teams and with the public
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to pitch in during busy events — setting up, hosting, and closing down
- Familiarity with public procurement processes (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with professionalism and poise
