Job Title: Grade III Clerical Officer (x2)
Location: Dublin 14 (1 position) & Dublin 18 (1 position)
Contract: 3-Month Temporary
Pay Rate: €17.37 per hour
Our client is currently seeking two Grade III Clerical Officers to support their teams in Dublin 14 and Dublin 18 on three-month temporary contracts. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to contribute to a busy service-driven environment, providing essential administrative and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Deliver efficient day-to-day administrative support within the assigned department.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date filing systems and records (electronic and paper-based).
- Manage and process data, including validating, updating, collating and reporting as required.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative assistance to Service Managers and wider teams.
- Respond promptly to correspondence and communications.
- Support internal teams, service users and members of the public with relevant information.
- Represent the service professionally and positively at all times.
- Undertake additional administrative duties as assigned.
Customer Service
- Contribute to a professional, customer-focused environment.
- Ensure all service users are treated with dignity and respect.
- Communicate effectively via telephone, email and written correspondence.
- Escalate feedback and issues to the Line Manager in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience managing data and records.
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach.
