Cpl HR recruitment are partnering with a leading organisation in the care space to recruit a Head of HR to join the Senior Management Team during an exciting period of growth and change. Reporting to the CEO, this role will lead the full HR and people agenda, shaping a high‑performing, values‑driven culture while ensuring strong governance, compliance and workforce engagement across a regulated environment.
Role and responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver the HR & People Strategy, aligned to organisational and care objectives
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor
- Own all HR operations including talent, ER, performance, policy, learning and wellbeing
- Partner with clinical leadership on quality standards, inspections and compliance
- Support organisational growth, change and new service delivery models
- Engage with Boards, regulators and external stakeholders as required
Skills and experience required:
- Senior HR leader with experience in a regulated or complex environment
- Proven capability in change leadership, employee relations and stakeholder management
- Comfortable operating at senior management level
- HR / Legal qualification; care or non‑profit experience is highly advantageous
- Working knowledge in Irish Employment Law is essential
