The Role
As Head of Professional Services / Finance Recruitment, you will take full ownership of leading, developing, and expanding our specialist recruitment teams in these areas. This is a senior, strategic role with scope to shape growth, strengthen client partnerships, and drive performance across key verticals such as accounting & finance, legal, HR, compliance, and professional support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of experienced recruiters across professional services and finance desks
- Drive new business development and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Deliver growth strategies aligned with company targets and market opportunities
- Provide operational input on team structure, hiring, training, and development
- Ensure delivery excellence, compliance, and high standards across all recruitment activity
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align goals and share best practice across the group
About You
- Proven track record in professional services or finance recruitment, ideally in a team lead role
- Strong network of contacts across the NI markets
- Commercially savvy, with a consultative approach to client engagement
- Inspirational leader with a passion for developing teams and mentoring talent
- Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a Customer First approach to recruitment
- Deep understanding of current market trends and challenges within professional services/finance sectors
