CPL Recruitment are looking for a HR Administrator with Recruitment Coordination experience for a 2 month temporary contract with a healthcare organisation, in south Dublin city centre, working fully onsite
Responsibilities Required:
- Compile payroll returns
- Record sick leave certs and compile sick leave report for payroll on a monthly basis.
- To assist with regular monitoring of sick leave.
- To assist in the Recruitment process by managing all correspondence
- Support Line Managers in the operation and the development of the HR System
- Liaise with Payroll Department to ensure accuracy.
- Manage HR inbox on a daily basis
Experience Required:
- 1 Year Experience in a similar HR/ Recruitment Coordinator position
- HR Degree/ CIPD Qualification
- Happy to work fully onsite
