Cpl Recruitment are seeking an experienced HR Administrator for a 3month contract, based in West Dublin, to work with Public Sector client. The successful candidate will provide HR administration support to the wider HR team, with specific focus on recruitment campaigns. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days onsite and two days wfh.
RESPONSIBILITES REQUIRED
· Providing high standards of HR admin support to all employees
· First point of contact for recruitment queries
· Day to day use of applicant tracking system.
· Advertise vacancies, assist with scheduling and arranging interviews, and management of any recruitment related documentation
· Create contracts, offer, and probation letters.
· Monitor new starter compliance and onboarding
· Lead on the leaver administration or offboarding processes.
· Support with payroll queries maintain the HR & Payroll database
· Manage the probation period process.
· Coordinate and schedule training sessions
· Any other ad-hoc duties, as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· A 3rd level qualification in a relevant field such as Human Resources.
· A minimum of 1+ years of relevant HR experience.
· A full Category B driving license.
· Public sector experience is preferred but not essential.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
