Our Healthcare Support client in Dublin West is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a 5-month contract, working full onsite. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including HR Data entry and cleansing, to support the implementation of a new HRIS system for the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Excel HR data analysis
- Processing HR Data for any required corrections
- Process definition and improvement
- Process HR Documentation
- Support HR Reporting
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1 years’ experience working in a HR Department, focused on HR Administration
- Health Sector/Public Sector experience (highly desirable)
- A track record of managing high volumes of HR data entry
- Effective communication skills with excellent attention to detail
